No emergency calls can be made using Skype. If your purchase exceeds the available balance on the card, you must pay for the excess amount at the time of purchase.
Skype is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged cards or for any unauthorised card use. No VAT will be deducted at the time of redemption 15% Luxembourg VAT will be deducted at the time the redeemed balance is used for any Skype paid feature. No cash redemption, except where required by law. If your Skype Account is in another currency, the value of the card will be converted to that currency upon redemption and at the rate published in the ‘Currency’ section in My Account. Toll-free calls are billed per minute and require a positive Communications Credits balance. Terms can change without notice at any time. Cards must be redeemed within one year of purchase date.
